Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your full name and the email address you used when you placed your order.
Upon receipt by our office, you will then be sent an email confirmation number acknowledging your cancellation.
If for any reason you do not receive an email confirmation number from us please notify us immediately. Your cancellation will not be valid unless you receive an email confirmation number from us.
